CSI - Canon Facts for Nick Stokes

csiAfter finding Master of DNA, and being so grateful for the list of canon Greg Sanders facts, I went on a hunt to try and find a similar list for Nick. Surprisingly enough, I couldn't find one; so I decided to start one.
I don't have any of the eps on DVD, and I have a couple downloaded, but I would appreciate any help from the CSI fans here on Livejournal.

Quick Facts
From Texas
Is right-handed - Pilot
Hair is often shorter, very dark brown. Season 5, he shaved his head.
Wears dark colored shirts, often blacks, greys, dark blues. Button downs, pull-overs - usually long sleeved, occasionally short sleeved. His shirts have a tendency to be somewhat tight. When he wears button-down shirts, sometimes he wears a T underneath.
Usually wears a watch on his left arm, occasionally wears silver rings on his right-hand middle finger.
Friendship with a hooker in Season 1, Kristi.
Lives is an apartment, 2nd floor (?), darker colors, leather couch, attic.
Listens to country music, fondness for Merle Haggard.
Has trouble dealing with cases that heavily involve children.
Frequently bets with Warrick on cases.

Possible scars from fire ant bites - Grave Danger
Wears a watch on his left hand (large leather band - black? - with silver face
Was abused a child (age 9 approx)
Was mistaken as Gil’s ‘baby’ - King Baby
Was stalked by - Stalker
Mistook sign language for ‘I love you’ as the sign for rock on / rock and roll - Abra-Cadaver
Was afraid of ricin poisoning - Caged
Wears silver ring on right middle finger - Who Are You
First case of him manhandling Greg, put an arm over Greg’s shoulder and patted his chest - Who Are You
Wears CSI: ID on chain around his neck - Pilot
Had Greg tag along with him in the field - Chasing the Bus
Changed shirt decision when Sarah commented on it’s appearance - Pilot
Greg was seen wearing a similar shirt - Pledging Mr. Johnson
Was teased by Greg about the girl wearing the shirt Nick brought in for him to analyze - I 15 Murders
Caught Greg talking on the phone with his girlfriend - Face Lift
Played ‘Name that Chemical Compound’ with Greg - Caged
Wears his CSI: ID on the waistband of his jeans - And Then There Were None
Bets with Warrick on cases - Anonymous
Was informed by Greg to put hemorrhoid cream on acne - Burked
Greg calls him on ‘hovering’ - Slaves of Las Vegas
Had to snap Greg out of shock/surprise after a victim coughed up blood at an accident scene - Chasing the Bus
Made mad by Greg, who printed up departmental ‘Crimebuster’ fliers about Nick, when Nick thought he found them all - Stalker
Paged by Greg from across the hall - The Accused Is Entitled
Took a swim when pool at a crime scene was foggy; came face to face with dead body - Let the Seller Beware
He and Warrick kicked out of the lab by Greg - High and Low
When he took another lab tech out to the field, Greg became jealous - Random Acts of Violence
Nick goes to days (?) - Mea Culpa
Knows Spanish - possibly bi-lingual - or at least enough to converse - Snakes
Knows about Greg’s obsession over a woman’s toes, second one not being longer than the first - 15 K O.B.O.
Ran in the PD relay race, took over after Sara’s stretch of the race - Dead Ringer
Had a distraught wife, who was a murderer point a gun at him -
Was thrown out of a second story window of a suspects apartment complex, suffered some cuts and bruises, no broken bones - Stalker
Apparently makes toys in his off time - Stalker
They aren't in any specific order though, just trying to gather everything first.
