It's from some CSI screen cap site (I don't have the url handy) and I altered it to make him look all the more sexy.

Actually, if you go here (a fan site I made for george), there are several LJ User Icons you can use. This one is my personal favorite so I'm a little attached to it.. But there are a lot more at my site :)
