CSI - Canon Facts for Nick Stokes

After finding Master of DNA, and being so grateful for the list of canon Greg Sanders facts, I went on a hunt to try and find a similar list for Nick. Surprisingly enough, I couldn't find one; so I decided to start one.

I don't have any of the eps on DVD, and I have a couple downloaded, but I would appreciate any help from the CSI fans here on Livejournal.

They aren't in any specific order though, just trying to gather everything first.
