CSI Miami help

I know most of the community is geared towards the original series but as much as I love it, I also like Miami (it's grown on me; I used to dislike it tremendously).

This week was the rerun of the episode involving a custody case where the father finds out he's not actually the biological father ( cut from here just in case of spoilers )
