It'd say "Cold Case". It's a great way of showcasting the difference in collecting and documenting evidence that was done in the past to the present sophisticated technology. And show how present technology can solve a case that wasn't possible in the paste.

Scenario:
A recent report of missing person turned out to be a murder. It was then determined that the case mimic to an unsolved serial killing that happened in Vegas years ago. It could have been the same murderer. Ray (Dr Raymond Langston) was then called to Philly to assist in apprehending the serial killer and to prevent further massacre. In the process of investigation, Ray communicated with team back home to cross examine present crime scene. Killer was tracked down. But whether he can be apprehended is another story.
