Grissom Time Line?

I'm cutting this due to spoilers.

How long did Grissom tell Nick he was going to be gone for? Was it 4 weeks or 4 months? And now long is the new guy supposed to be on the show? I've not seen anything about it.

Grissom said he'd be gone for 4 weeks. Liev or Leiv or whatever (I don't like him) is only on for 4 episodes at the most, I believe.

Thats what I understand too. Its just for four weeks. grissom will be back for february sweeps!!! thank goodness. I miss grissom. Hope he comes back with the beard.
