Believe me, I've been on the hunt for that song since it aired..I've even had help from friends all over the country, and still, no luck, if you find it, you have to post it.

I mean the one from this weeks epi was easy enough..the one in the lab, but the one from Fannysmackin', that one is still alluding me.

It has lyrics, but I can't pick out anything but the word "morning"...other wise I would have done a search for it.

I'm telling you even with more words it's hard to search for it, I've tried, listening to it over and over all I got was something like "in the morning shines" or "in the morning light".

"In the morning shies" is what I thought they were saying, but it wasn't very clear, but if you hear it too that does help.

Trust me I spent an hour just typing in random stuff to find it.

You have no idea how much it's bugging me, seriously, no idea, I basically put out a call for help to my friends, I can identify any song, no problem, this one has alluded me, and I don't like it. *smile*

Plus, I was saying that usually CSI plays so much more of the song, this time, of course, they play a little bit of snippet of it.

Ever since that episode aired I've been looking for it..and of course they play a lot more of the Beck song this week..*sigh*

I'm the person everyone comes to to find songs cause I have such an ear to pick out things, but this is hard as hell.


I'm sitting here with headphones on just playing it over and over trying to even guess what that first word is. And searching for anything.

I'm that person too, music is my life..and believe me, having it on my vid Ipod does help, but still, I must have typed in a hundred different combinations plus I used three different search engines for it.

I will find that song, oh yes, I will.

That one is from when they show the thugs, the song that is so hard to find is the one when Greg is in the Denali when he rolls up to the scene.

I would have to check into Eric's interests, and and the music he's stated he likes... Granted, I only know of Marilyn Manson and Radiohead, but hey. Maybe he's said more. Either way, it sounded nice and adult-alternative like. I too was wondering what it was, and wanting to find it, but I haven't listened since it originally aired, so I can't help much in figuring out what it was...

If someone could give me a link to a clip with that part, I know a cell phone service here in Portugal that will tell you the author and name of the song, as long as it lasts at least 20 seconds.
I've been using it for quite some time to get my hands on some of the songs from CSI and it always worked, so maybe it will work this time too.
If I can help in anyway, please tell me.

I've tried youtube, but all their videos are fan-made... I would try it on the episode itself, but Portugal is currently airing the beggining of season 6, so it's gonna be a long time before "Fannysmackin".
If you have that clip, can I suggest uploading it on youtube?
