What is everyone's favorite series (Vegas, Miami, New York) and why?
Mine is Vegas because it's the oldest and I feel like you've been able to get to know the characters best.

The original series is my favorite right now because I just clicked with some of the characters. I also liked the fact that the heroes were ~~nerds~~ scientists, not cops, and that the show had some incredibly stylistic shots.

I never could get into the Miami show, but I'm very willing to watch the NYC when it starts next week.

I feel the same way. I was excited when Miami came out, but never got into it or the characters. I will try to watch NY when it starts, though. :)

Definitely Vegas .. it's the original and it just works. The characters just do something for me that Miami doesn't .. and I like the setting more in Vegas than in Miami.

Mainly, it's the characters though.

I really like Vegas. I had trouble getting into Miami partly because of the strange photography. The slightly orangy tint to the look made me uncomfortable. I'm going to give NYC a chance because I'm a big Gary Sinese fan. I read though that they're going to give it a kind of blue/cold look. Kind of the opposite of the Miami look. I hope the same discomfort doesn't happen.

Vegas. I watched Miami once.. never had my attention as much as Vegas does. =)

Oh, Vegas, hands down. No contest. I've watched Vegas from the beginning, and from the beginning I felt like the cast WANTED to be there, working together. All of them just have such amazing chemistry, which is a must for a show to do well. That, and the one-liners just work so much better coming from Grissom.

I did watch Miami once or twice, but I can't stand Horatio.

I also watched the Miami/NY cross-over and plan on trying to watch NY, but we'll see how it goes.

I like the original because of the characters and the cases they have. I've watched Miami a few times and it didn't interest me as much.

Vegas. I have a simple reason for that. It was on Thursdays at 9 p.m. here, a rather reasonable time. Miami was on Saturdays "after the movie" so I could never count on it. Now it moved to Vegas' slot as Vegas is now on Monday to Thursday "before The X-Files". Repeats from all the seasons randomly.

Besides, Vegas used to be right after "The District" and ever since seeing "Skulls" I love a night with both Craig T. Nelson and William Petersen.

Now that said... we don't have NY yet and I doubt we'll get it before Champions' League is over. And I'm in Hungary.

I like Vegas the best. I tried to watch Miami but I just don't like David. I never liked him on NYPD Blue either. I know that may sound like a stupid reason not to like a show but I can't help it. The guy makes my blood boil =P

I like Vegas the best because the characters flow so well. And i get the humour more in Vegas. I still really enjoy Miami though.
I have a feeling i wont like NY. It just looks too serious and grey from what i've seen. Not that that is a lot though.

Vegas, the characters on Miami just don't seem as real to me as those on Vegas, and besides the cast of Vegas seem to work so well together, and the setting makes it more interesting.
Not to mention that I love Gary Dourdan!

Vegas. As weird as this sounds, I can't seem to follow or get interested in the Miami series. I guess it's all better with Grissom.

Vegas. Why? Two words - Jorja Fox.

I like the Vegas one. The episodes are more interesting to me than the Miami one. Though I haven't seen the New York one yet so I can't comment on it.

Vegas. I've never been interested in Miami.

i hate being a sheep and following the herd but once again it just has to be vegas...

I completly agree.Especially with the heros being ~~nerds~~ scientists part.
