Favorite episode?

I have been rewatching CSI in chronological order with my mum [poor thing doesn't remember a damn thing about most episodes and I'm sitting there reciting quotes..] and I feel like before each episode I find myself saying "Ooh! This one is like my favorite episode!" ... "Ooh! This one is my favorite!" so it's easy to say I find it physically impossible to pick just one favorite.

csi, do any of you actually have just one definite favorite episode? Why is it your favorite? And for those of you who are like me, which are your few favorite episodes and why?
