Name of the tech in CSI: NY from Creatures of the Night.

I've searched different places for this and couldn't find the answer. I even asked on my own lj. One person wasn't to sure. I'm trying to find the name of the tech in this pic.

The episode is from the Creatures of the Night in the First Season of CS: NY.
