Confusion over CSI episodes through cbs site

CBS has the first 3 episodes of the season posted. That makes sense. They have posted an episode called "Pirates of the Third Reich" also. If last week was the Toe Tags one, then where does the Pirate one come into play? I don't remember seeing it and I don't think they would post this week's episode before Thursday -- and according to last week's previews the summary of Pirates seems to have nothing to do with the preview. Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks!
