Can someone tell me if there is an icon challenge community for the cast of CSI Miami? I know there are a couple for CSI, but they seem to be at the exclusion of CSI Miami.

The CSI Ficathon!!

What is a ficathon you ask?

It's a fun activity where every one (with aides of your hosts, danishafer & chloe_sarai) will be creating challenges and exchanging them. We'll match people up according to what they will write, what they won't write and what they want written. Once you get your assignment (assigned by said hosts) every one has at it and completes their fic by the deadline. You won't find out who is writing your challenge until the ficathon has ended and everyone's fics have been posted. It's a really good way to get a lot of new (and don't forget yummy) fics into the fandom.

Hi, I'm new to the community. Of course I love CSI, prominently, Las Vegas.

Anyways, a question about Jorja fox's contract dispute. Can anyone give me a link that describes that more in detail? I searched the FAQ, but there was nothing about that in there. I was also wondering, how in the show did they get rid of her character, and then how did they bring her back? As well, as the other guy that went through the same thing.

Has anyone read the CSI books? Is there a listing anywhere of them other than wading through an Amazon list? Is Max Allan Collins the only one writing them?

I would like to read them because I like to read TV series related books (along with the piles of other things that I read). I like the ideas writers come up with for the charachters.

Not sure if I want to read CSI Fanfic though...Especially if it is heavy on the slash...
