I don't understand these people who don't use cuts

I just am kind of pissed - and as much as I love CSI - I am seriously considering leaving this community, and starting one - WHERE PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO USE LIVE JOURNAL CUTS. The faq on that is here. (Not that it's my job to educate anyone, but apparently no one else is.)

I am in Phoenix - so I am a West Coast person. I just don't understand where or who the moderator/maintainers - this week there are 2 uncut spoiler posts - last week there was one (and it blew me away - even with all the comments to cut it - this person repeatadly ignored all comments) even with people stating to cut things - why does this get ignored?

I just need to know if these posts are going to be deleted - or some action taken. I also know that some people tape the show and watch it later - what about them? This is very rude, and I don't think that it's that hard to understand a live journal cut.

What can be done about this? Or do I have to start a community where people aren't rude?

Tonights episode reminded me of the suicide taped bathtub murders with that thumb guy.. I have season 1 on dvd and have seen them all but Im sure there are some episodes I have missed. Did they ever tie that one up and catch him or was it one more unsolved series of cases we will see on Cold Case in a year or so??
