LOS ANGELES - Police in Brisbane, Australia have asked to view episodes of the TV
series "CSI" in connection with a murder case.
It's unclear what connection the show, which airs on the Nine Network in Australia, has
to the case, in which three siblings ranging in age from 12 to 24 were killed. A Channel
Nine Queensland spokeswoman isn't commenting on which episodes investigators asked to see, citing the "ongoing nature of the criminal investigation."
Police are investigating the murders of Neelma, 24, Kunal, 18, and Sidhi Singh,
12, who were found in their Brisbane home in April. The
bodies were placed in a hot tub, hindering the forensic
investigation somewhat.
The children's parents were in Fiji on a business trip at the
time of the murders. A man named Max Sica, who told
police he was in a relationship with Neelma Singh over the objections of her father,
discovered the bodies.
