After having seen both "Best Served Cold" and "The Accused Is Entitled," I'm really puzzled as to why they switched the order of the two. It seems to me that the latter would have been a much better season opener. Does anyone know why they did?

Or simply have any thoughts agreeing or disagreeing with me? :)
